<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To radically increase the pull-in length of an optical fiber cable at a time and remarkable simplify a facility, by reducing friction resistance between the cable and the inside surface of a conduit, when the cable is led into an existing conduit line. SOLUTION: The pull-in cable length in one construction is treated as a single section for the existing conduit line 1. At one end of this section, a first opening part 11 is provided and at the other end, a second opening part 12 is provided inside a manhole on each side. A pulling bracket 21 that receives liquid pressure is provided on the top end of the optical fiber cable 2 led into the conduit line 1. The cable is led into the conduit line 1 of the section from the first opening part 11 with the pulling bracket in the front. Then, with the first opening part 11 closed by a closing lid 13, a liquid (water) is injected into the conduit line 1 at a given pressure.</p> |
