PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an emergency report using a mobile communication terminal device simply and in low costs. SOLUTION: Transmitted from a mobile communication terminal device 1, accommodation position information of a base station 2 in an exchanger 3, and an originator number of the mobile communication terminal device 1, are transferred to an HLR 4. The HLR 4 converts the accommodation position information to position information (latitudes and longitudes information) and then stores it along with the originator number. A dial number from the mobile communication terminal device 1 is analyzed by the exchanger 3, and when the dial number is a number representing an emergency connection destination (No.110, No.119), the position information and originator number are read out from the HLR 4 to notify an emergency call trunk 5 thereof. The emergency call trunk 5 notifies the emergency connection destination (a police station, a fire station) of the received position information and originator number.
