PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private branch of electronic exchange that can control dialing restriction on the basis of a caller number (incoming call number) supplied form a telephone line. SOLUTION: The private branch of electronic exchange is provided with telephone line interfaces I/F1-I/Fn that contain telephone lines L21-L2n, a speech path switch 2, and a dial restriction means 3, receives a caller telephone number by utilizing a caller number notice service of a station exchange 20, collates a received incoming call number with a subscriber number registered in advance, and restricts dialing from the caller on the basis of the dial service restriction that is set corresponding to the registered subscriber number when both the telephone numbers are coincident.
