PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that in order to join a terminal for an electric wire to a static member with a fixing bolt, when the fixing bolt is fastened, the terminal body corotates with the fixing bolt, the joining direction of the terminal body does not become constant, and moreover, since the terminal body is a small component, proper positioning in a narrow place is difficult. SOLUTION: A holding piece 11 is installed in the terminal body 7, and a regulating piece 12 is formed. The holding piece 11 is manually positioned in a specified portion and joined with the fixing bolt 8. The regulating piece 12 is pressed against the static member to prevent the corotation of the terminal body 7 together with the fixing bolt, and thereby, the direction of the terminal body 7 is always made constant.
