PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening jig for fastening a lining plate to a receiving beam, capable of suppressing the backlash of the lining plate. SOLUTION: The fastening jig 4 comprises a mounted portion 7 to be mounted to an angle 5 provided on the lower face of the lining plate 1 with a mounting bolt 6a, a held-between portion 8 ranging to the mounted portion 7, provided adjacent a lower face 2b of the receiving beam 2, a fastening bolt 9a passing through the held-between portion 8 from the lower side of the held- between portion 8 and protruding to the upper side of the held-between portion 8. The fastening bolt 9a with the end having contact with the lower face 2b of the receiving beam 2 is tightened therein, whereby the lining plate 1 can be easily fastened to the receiving beam 2.
