PURPOSE: A meeting service method and system is provided to intermediate a real world meeting at an affiliated meeting place, i.e. a cafe or a restaurant, via a reservation, and to offer contents necessary for the meeting over the wired or wireless internet. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a meeting service server(200), a payment system(300), the internet wired or wireless(400), a user(500) and an affiliated meeting place(600). The meeting service server(200) includes a reservation system(210), a billing system(220), a subscriber management database(230), an affiliated store management database(240), and a meeting contents management database(250). The reservation system(210) enables a plurality of users to reserve a meeting service, i.e. to select a time, a place, the number of a meeting, a meeting type or others. The billing system(220) levies a bill on the user according to a meeting reservation. The affiliated store management database(240) stores a position of a store, a current reservation status, a size of the store and facilities of its own. The subscriber management database(230) stores personal data on the users, and the meeting contents management database(250) storing the contents needed for progressing the meeting at the affiliated store. If the user requests a reservation of the meeting, the server(200) transmits the request data to the payment system for settling the bill for enjoying the meeting service. |
