AIR CONDITIONER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An air conditioner and manufacturing method of the same are provided to make easy to manufacture and assemble and to reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A condensed water pan(50), a back cover(41) and an upper cover(42) are integrally manufactured by injection forming. The condensed water pan and the upper cover are coupled to the back cover. The condensed water pan and the back cover have bending grooves formed on coupling parts thereof. At least one coupler is placed on coupling parts of the upper cover and the back cover to couple the upper cover and the back cover while separating the upper cover and the back cover at fixed gap.
