PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication facility for a wireless Internet apartment house, which can be applied not only to new installation but also to an existing apartment house and can prevent radio interference by easily changing the line without construction in each of living rooms in the case of large scale repair, namely, repairing outer walls. SOLUTION: This facility is provided with a base unit 1 for radio communication connected to an Internet line and installed on the roof of a multiple dwelling house or on a prescribed floor, base unit antenna 2 connected to the base unit and installed outside the multiple dwelling house, plural handsets 3 for radio communication which are installed outside a residential region and capable of two-way radio communication with the base unit through the base unit antenna, residential region cable 8 spread from an information terminal connection port inside each of residential regions to the outside of the residential region, and connector 10 for attachably and detachably connecting the residential region cable 8 and each of handsets 3 for radio communication.
