PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone terminal that provides a function that is frequently in use without releasing a lock state. SOLUTION: The portable telephone terminal is provided with a table storage means that stores a cross-reference table storing a locked function by each lock level, a lock state storage means that stores a lock level of a terminal, a discrimination means that discriminates a function to be locked at a lock level stored in the lock state storage means, a control means that locks a function discriminated to be locked by the discrimination means, and a setting means that sets a lock level instructed by a lock level revision instruction to the lock state storage means when a lock level revision instruction from the user satisfies a prescribed condition.
