PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor drying room wherein drying is not affected by weather and things to be dried, such as washing and bedclothes, are free from sticking of smoke of a factory, pollen or the like, which makes it unnecessary to bring the things to be dried a long way off and does not impair the beauty of a habitable room and movability, which is safe and free from the possibility of a fire or the like and can dry the things to be dried in a large amount or of a large size without causing getting out of shape or wrinkles and further which has a high drying efficiency and can perform drying at a low running cost, in regard to a drying method of the things to be dried, in a building. SOLUTION: The drying room 1 surrounded by a floor, wall and ceiling 4 having a heat-insulating and airtight structure and by a heat-insulating door 5 and provided with a drying means 6 is provided independently as one room of the building, in dimensions suitable for a necessary amount of drying and in proximity to a washer 3.
