PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably use a living room used by the aged or the like as the drawing room, while forming a floor structure having a drainage function by simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the floor structure, a sleeper 12 with a drain 14 is installed to a foundation 5, a backing plate 19 is mounted on the top face of the sleeper 12, floor joists 23 with watercourses 25 are secured in parallel on the top face of the backing plate 19 at intervals in the lateral direction, passages 26 communicating the watercourses 25 for the floor joists 23 and the drain 14 for the sleeper 12 are formed at the crossing-contacting sections of the floor joists 23 and the sleeper 12, auxiliary layers 30 covered with waterproof sections 29 are laid among the sides of each floor joist 23, the floor structure is formed, so that water scattered on the top faces of the waterproof sections 29 is discharged from the sleeper drain 14 or the like through the floor-joist watercourses 25 from water conveyance sections 24 for the floor joists 23, and floor sections 31 are set up detachably on the top faces of the waterproof sections 29.
