PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stains in the form of vertical stripes from occurring on a side wall due to scattering downflow of rainwater by draining rainwater along a specified downflow route without adding special gutter parts while reducing entire cost of a storeroom and the like. SOLUTION: A horizontal drainage channel 4 is recessed on the eaves side of a roof board 3. A drainage channel 6 to turn down and guide downward rainwater in the drainage channel 4 is formed in a corner cap 5 provided in the front corner of the roof board 3. A vertical drainage channel 17 is recessed in a sidewall 2 confronting the lower end of the drainage channel 6. As a gutter structure is formed by changing partially an existing corner cap 5 and the sidewall 2, the cost of adding the gutter structure can be reduced. As all rainwater gathered by the horizontal drainage channel 4 is discharged downward from the vertical drainage channel 17, occurrence of stains in the form of vertical stripes in the sidewall 2 can be prevented.
