PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill member excellent in handleability, which has high durability by virtue of elimination of malfunctions, such as deformation caused by dryness and moisture of a conventional wooden sill member, corrosion caused by decay bacteria, etc., and insect damages caused by termites, and has uniform strength by virtue of the elimination of the malfunctions of the wooden sill members, respectively, which differ in characteristics from one another according to the tree species of the members, the areas of their production, etc. SOLUTION: The sill member A, mounted for use on a foundation B and made of fiber reinforced concrete, can be obtained by form molding.
