PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor whose assembly cost is reduced, whose properties are not deteriorated by an assembly work, and which has permanent magnets in it. SOLUTION: This motor includes a rotor secured to a shaft and a stator comprising a cylindrical shell (30) receiving at its end a casing end flange (60) provided with a roller bearing (22) for the rotor shaft. The flange (60) is fixed to the cylindrical shell (30) by fixing means. The fixing means (34, 36, 66, 72 and 76) comprise a bayonet-type assembly (34 and 36) and the assembling of the flange (60) onto the shell (30) is achieved through a relative displacement in axial transition and a rotary relative motion.
