ULTRAFINE INDIUM TIN OXIDE(ITO) POWDER SYNTHESIZING METHOD BY SPRAY DRYING WITH SPRAY DRYING APPARATUS

摘要

PURPOSE: An ultrafine indium tin oxide(ITO) powder synthesizing method by spray drying with a spray drying apparatus are provided for reducing production cost while improving the productivity thereof, and for extending application range thereof. CONSTITUTION: The ultrafine ITO powder synthesizing method by spray drying comprises the steps of; dissolving indium sulfide 85 to 95 percent by weight, tin chloride 5 to 15 percent by weight in distilled water; spraying and drying the obtained aqueous solution so as to attain assembly powder that indium and tin are uniformly mixed; and removing fat component from the powder.
