PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered strip line resonator that can improve the Q of a film on the surface of a strip line conductor. SOLUTION: The multilayered strip line resonator 10 consisting of the strip line conductor 12 placed between a couple of dielectric layers 2, 4 and of ground conductor films 11, 13 coated on both outer side major faces of a couple of the dielectric layers 2, 4, forms an air gap 30 between the dielectric layer 2 and the strip line conductor 12. |
