PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component developing device capable of easily switching and renewing a discharge member whose discharge performance is lowered during endurable service or in the recycling stage of a cartridge. SOLUTION: The discharge member 8 whose discharge effect is deteriorated because of the long-term endurable service is pulled out from a discharge member winding roller 13 in a discharge member housing part 12, and cut and removed at a specified position so that the abutting part 8a of the member 8 may be renewed. Then, an unused part 8b positioned at a new abutting part takes the stable discharge effect, so that the stable discharge effect is easily obtained even during endurable service. |
