PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor drive controller capable of enhancing a control accuracy with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic motor drive controller comprises the ultrasonic motor having a moving element and a vibrator, a sensor means for outputting an analog signal in response to a drive state of the motor, a waveform transforming means for transforming the output analog signal into a pulse signal, and a control means inputting the pulse signal to control to count both edges of rise edge and fall edge and drive the motor based on the counted value. |
