PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a temperature distribution on a mount surface of heating counter-material of a ceramic heater is too large so as not to transmit the heat uniformly. SOLUTION: This ceramic heater comprises a ceramic base body, a heating resistance element and electrodes disposed in the ceramic base body. A soaking plate is attached to the main surface of the ceramic base body and the temperature distribution of the heat equalizing plate surface is set to ±1% or less.
