SOLUTION: The terminal of a person in charge of an office work is provided with a display part 23 for inputting delivered goods and cost detail data, and a server is provided with a control part 50 for judging the presence or absence of delivery validity in the delivered goods and cost detail data inputted by the terminal of the person in charge an office work based on a computer program.
