PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic board unit or the like that can transfer data corresponding to a state of a personal computer being at a data transfer destination. SOLUTION: The electronic board unit 1 transmits data denoting a hand- written image written on a prescribed board 10 to an external computer 30. The external computer 30 is provided with a CPU 22 that discriminates whether or not the data are receptible and a RAM 25 that stores the data. When the CPU 22 discriminates that the external computer 30 cannot receive the data, the data are temporarily stored in the RAM 25 to transfer the data corresponding to the state of the external computer 30.
