PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a floor slab structure in a large span having openability and excellent habitability, degree of freedom of a planning and future replacement, and to enlarge ceiling height as much as possible, ensuring an equipment route, such as an air-conditioning piping, a drain pipe or the like properly in limited floor height. SOLUTION: The top-end level of a water-use-place floor slab 20, positioned on the reverse side to a habitable-room floor slab 21 positioned on the main daylighting surface side of a dwelling unit, is formed with a height lower than that of the slab 21. The water-use-place floor slab and the habitable-room floor slab are unified, forming a stepped section in a connecting section 23 partitioning both slabs, and one floor slab structure, in which a periphery is supported to beams 10 and other structural skeletons; is constituted. The connecting section 23 forms a cross section, having fixed sectional width B and sectional height using the slab thickness of the water-place floor slab and the stepped section. A PC steel material 50 is wired in the cross section of the connecting section 23 and in the longitudinal direction of a member, and prestress is introduced.
