PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite type heat exchanger, reduced in the number of parts and capable of clamping and fixing the parts integrally, in the composite type heat exchanger with a fan shroud, in which a condenser 1, a radiator 2 and the fan shroud 3 are superposed sequentially. SOLUTION: A first retaining part 4 and a second retaining part 6 are projected on one side of the radiator 2 while a first engaging part 5 is projected on one side of the condenser 1 and a second engaging part 7 is projected on one side of the fan shroud 3 while aligning these parts. In this case, these retaining parts and engaging parts are retained to each other while respective other sides of the condenser 1, radiator 2 and fan shroud 3 are clamped with each other in the thickness directions thereof through a clamping bolt 8. |
