SOLUTION: This financial plan automatic diagnostic system 10 is constituted by connecting a user terminal 1 and an automatic diagnostic server 2 by the Internet 3 and equipping the automatic diagnostic server 2 with a user information receiving means 11 which receives user information 4, a user information file 12 which stores the user information 4, a knowledge base information file 14 which stores knowledge base information, a knowledge base information input means 13 inputs knowledge base information, an automatic diagnosis processing means 15 which automatically diagnoses the user information 4, a written proposal output means 16 which outputs the diagnosis result as a written proposal 5, and a written proposal file 17 which stores the outputted written proposal 5; when the user information 4 is inputted, the written proposal 5 is automatically outputted. |
