PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tampering of Web page. SOLUTION: A monitoring part 4 detects a writing command to a disclosure directory in a recording part 2 by means of a writing/reading controlling part 3. When a tampering detection signal is inputted from the monitoring part 4, a controlling part 1 controls a copy controlling part 6 for reading information stored in a backup directory and copying it in the disclosure directory. In this way, the disclosure directory is prevented from tampering. A tampering is detected by detection of the writing command, so that no high-capacity storage device or high CPU performance is required for detection of a tampering. |
