PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a pipe used for a soccer goal post is provided to prevent a player from being damaged when the player collides with the soccer goal post by forming a coating layer around the soccer goal post. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane foam sheet is prepared(1). An adhesive layer is formed on the polyurethane foam sheet(4). An EVA foam sheet having a predetermined elasticity and thickness is stacked on the adhesive layer(2). The EVA foam sheet is pressed for 10 to 30 minutes by using a pressing device. Another adhesive layer is coated on an upper portion of the EVA foam sheet and dried for 5-10 minutes in the temperature of 65°C. A non-woven fabric is adhered on the another adhesive layer, thereby forming a coating layer. The coating layer is wound around a metal pipe formed with the adhesive layer.
