A thermostatic regulator (D3) with external equalization has its sensor (B3) placed in contact with a pipe feeding refrigerating fluid to compressors which is re-heated by an electrical resistance ( R ) controlled by a thermal sensor (ThR). The sensor (ThR) operates to control the temperature of the refrigerating fluid at the output of the principal compressor (CP) if the fluids temperature is greater than a set value (90 degrees C). . The reversible heat recovery system uses a heat pump with a cooling circuit in which a liquid state refrigerating fluid or gas, formed from an external heat exchanger, circulates. The heat exchanger has an external heat sampler. The system has at least a compressor, a regulator and various user circuits supplied from interior heat exchangers. It includes: (a) at least a principal compressor (CP), with if required at least a secondary compressor (PS) used to backup the principal compressor; a principal non reversible interior heat exchanger (EP) for heating domestic water at the output of the principal compressor; secondary heat exchangers arranged in stages, one at least is reversible for provision or sampling of heat energy at or from a user circuit; a regulating and separation unit (BDS) having a phase separator (S) and at least two regulators, one (D3) of which controls winter operation and another (D1) or (D2) the summer operation; a reversible exterior heat exchanger (EA) is placed in the refrigerating circuit and in an exterior sampling or heat supply medium; several remote controlled calibrated valves are used to isolate circuit branches during reversible operation.
