摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the sectional area of a magnetic passage without increasing an outside diameter and prevent deformation and breakage of a bobbin during winding of a coil, in a solenoid device. SOLUTION: After a magnetic sleeve 54 is fitted in a bobbin 43, a coil 42 is wound. A guide core 46 is inserted in the magnetic sleeve 54 of the bobbin 43, around which the coil 42 is wound, from above. A plunger 47 is inserted from below to form an assembly. The assembly is contained in a case 23 and a piston bolt 20 in which an attraction core 45 is pressed is threadedly mounted on the case 23 and the bobbin 43 and the guide core 46 are fixed. The sectional area of the magnetic passage can be increased by the magnetic sleeve 54 and a thrust can be increased, whereby the size of a proportional solenoid 41 can be decreased. Since the bobbin 43 is reinforced by fit-in of the magnetic sleeve 54, the bobbin 43 is prevented from deformation and breakage during winding of the coil 42.</p>
