PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted information processor capable of suitably controlling operation in correspondence with the action of a user or peripheral conditions, for example. SOLUTION: This head-mounted information processor is provided with a movement sensor 4 for detecting the movement of the head of the user such as acceleration sensor for detecting acceleration in a certain specified direction of head movement, inclination sensor for detecting the angle of the head to the gravity, namely, the posture of the head to the ground by detecting a gravity acceleration, gyro sensor for detecting the rotational movement of the head, impulse sensor for detecting impulse applied to the head and magnetic field sensor for measuring the direction of the head from an external magnetic field. Then, an information processing part 1 analyzes the movement of the head of the user from the output of such a movement sensor 4, decides whether the user is walking or not, for example, and carries out information processing on the basis of the decided result through use of a sound input/output part 2 and radio communication part 3.
