PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the disk numbers provided on a disk number display part surfaces easily legible for users. SOLUTION: This disk changer consists of a rotating disk tray 4 on which a plurality of disks 6 can be inserted and held on the outer peripheral part on which a disk number display part 4d for displaying disk housing part numbers 4e corresponding to respective disk holding parts is formed, a disk reading part 3 which receives one of the disks 6 held in the rotating disk tray 4, reads the contents recorded on the received disk 6 or writes information thereon and a disk feed mechanism part 5 which can load one of the disks 6 held in the rotating disk tray 4 to the disk reading part 3 or can take out a disk therefrom. The disk number display part 4d is formed in a tapered shape which is aslant toward the lower part of the outer peripheral surface.
