PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil-free scroll type fluid machinery capable of preventing a leakage of flowing gas, being used in compression and transfer of combustible gas, and facilitating maintenance. SOLUTION: In this scroll type fluid machinery constituted such that a volute compression operation chamber 54 whose volume is sequentially reduced from an outer peripheral side to an inner peripheral side accompanied with the rotation movement for preventing the rotation of a turning scroll 28 is partitioned and formed between a fixed scroll 44 and the turning scroll 28 to compress and transfer flowing-in gas due to the reduction of the volume of the compression operation chamber 54, a motor rotator 14 is attached to a drive shaft 20 driving the turning scroll 28, a motor stator 14 is arranged inside a cuplike motor casing 12 having a motor stator 10, opening one end, and closing the other end, and the fixed scroll 44 is connected with an opening end side of the motor casing 12 through a bracket 62 in an airtight manner.
