PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of restoring the analysis operation to the operation at the time when a power failure occurred even if the power failure occurs during the analysis operation and then the power supply is restored, and suitable for unmanned operation. SOLUTION: The analyzer 1 including a fluorescent X-ray analyzer capable of performing the automatic analysis of a sample by successively carrying in the sample to an analysis chamber, has a power failure restoring device 11 for automatically supplying the power to the analyzer when the power is restored after the power failure, and further has a data processing computer 2 connected to a power source via an uninterrupted power source device 3. This data processing computer 2 has a function of temporarily storing the analysis information of the automatic analyzer 1 during the power failure in a memory, and automatically supplies the power to the analyzer 1 via the power failure restoring device 11 during the power failure, and returns to the operation when the power failure occurs to resume the automatic analysis of the sample.
