A procedure for obtaining individualizing commissioning (order) data involves initially preparing a number of imaging data records, and then obtaining from the client or customer (50) related graphical data which represent at least one graphical element (logo).Graphical data (logo data) based on the received graphical information (logo info) is prepared by a given computer program to enable expanded imaging data records to be generated. The computer program enables arrangement parameters of the expanded material to be selectively altered for generating the individualizing commissioning data. The imaging data records, and the graphical data and computer programs are then communicated to the client.
