The installation has at least two terminals, via which can be built-up a connection to a subscriber. The installation has a system for connecting a first subscriber via a first terminal of the installation. The second installation terminal is used for connection to a second subscriber in reply to a request signal transmitted by the first subscriber. The second subscriber is determined by the request signal. Typically the terminals are channels of an ISDN terminal, but may be analog telephone terminals.
