PURPOSE: A shoe heel installed with an accessory loop is provided to beautify the appearance of the heel portion of the shoes, thus arousing customer's interest. CONSTITUTION: The heel portion of the shoes is divided into an upper part(1) and a lower part on the basis of a concave portion(3) at the middle thereof. The upper part is inclined to be widen toward the upper end, and the lower part has a convex pot shape. The upper part and the lower part are bonded after a desired loop type accessory(7) or decoration is mounted around them, and the accessory is stably maintained around the projected middle portion of the lower part so as not to be taken off.
