The invention concerns an elongated tubular product, having the same cross-section over its entire longitudinal direction, comprising a solid tube (1) made of at least a plastic material, both flexible enough to be wound and unwound, and rigid enough to resist a centripetal or centrifugal radial force, said solid tube comprising, on the inside and/or on the outside, a surface coating (3) whereof the free surface (2) forms a friction surface and comprising a plastic matrix wherein are distributed or dispersed a lubricating particulate solid phase (4), flush at least partly with the level of the free surface of the surface layer and a lubricating liquid phase compatible with the plastic matrix. The lubricating particulate solid phase is composite, and includes carbon black and a lubricating plastic material whereof the friction coefficient relative to itself is not more than 0.1.
