PURPOSE: A method for the Internet video consultation is provided to make possible the video consultation of a customer with a consultant in any areas in which Internet communication is possible by automatically connecting the customer with the consultant via an Internet video telephone program. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a consultant PC(Personal Computer transmitting the state information of a consultant to a web server, the web server downloading an Internet video telephone program in the consultant PC and automatically running the program, the web server displaying the state of the consultant on a homepage, a customer PC requesting the consultant to consult with, the web server downloading the Internet video telephone program in the customer PC and automatically running the program, the web server transmitting the Internet address of the consultant PC to the customer PC, the customer PC connecting to the consultant PC via the Internet video telephone program, and the customer and the consultant starting consultation.
