The invention relates to a hot-air lid (1) for containers (2) used for cooking and frying. The aim of the invention is to provide advantageous construction conditions. To this end, the lid consists of an upper part (3) and a lower part (4) which can be fixed in said upper part and which together with the upper part (3), forms a cooking chamber (5). The lower part (4) has an upwardly oriented curved part (6) with steam outlet openings (7). A reflector (8) in which further through openings (9) are located is provided around this curved part. |
