PURPOSE: A head of a golf putter is provided to hit the upper part of a golf ball so that the golf ball rolls on the green while pushing the green with a strong rotating force regardless of the direction of grass. CONSTITUTION: In the head(1) of a golf club having an elongate shape extending to both directions on the basis of an assembly part(2) into which a shaft of a handle part is fitted, a hitting portion(5) located on the front surface of the head is provided with a spherical hitting surface(6) in a lower end region. The spherical hitting surface is curved downward as well as curved toward the rear side, so the spherical hitting surface has a same radius as a whole. Selectively, fine convex and concave portions are uniformly distributed on the hitting surface. |
