PURPOSE: A process of growing bean sprouts by grinding a pine needle, mixing water and then soaking bean seeds in the pine needle power solution is provided. Whereby, the bean sprouts have characteristic flavor and taste and are rich in nutrient. CONSTITUTION: A pine needle is dried in the shade, ground and mixed with water. A given weight of bean seed is soaked in the pine needle solution for 1 hr and dried. This procedure is repeated 5 times and thereby, the color of bean seed is changed from yellow to dark blue. The bean seed is then sprayed with underground water 5 to 6 times per day. |
