The invention concerns a winding tube (1) having a longitudinal slot (2) over at least part of its length. In said slot is inserted an interface (3) constituting linking means to at least a member separate from the winding tube such as a reelable element or a member located inside the winding tube. Said tube can be produced more simply and less expensively and enables to reduce storage.
