PURPOSE: A display window mounting structure for air conditioner is provided to prevent display window from being escaped by an external impact by firmly fixing the display window. CONSTITUTION: A display unit comprises a display panel for displaying information; a display cover(62) for covering the display panel; and a display window(63) installed to the display cover. The display cover has an aperture(62a) elongated in a horizontal direction at the front surface of the display cover. A control box mount part(62b) is arranged beneath the aperture so as to mount a control box, and a support part is arranged in rear of the aperture such that the display window is inserted in a slidable manner. The support part has ribs(71) disposed at a constant interval so as to prevent the display window from being escaped rearward. A mount part(72) is formed in front of the rib so as to allow the display window to be mounted to the mount part. Since the display window slides after being inserted into the mount part, the display window is prevented from being escaped from the display cover. |
