<p>The invention relates to waste recycling engineering and can be used in the chemical industry for producing adsorbents, in the rubber industry for producing ingredients of rubber mixtures and in the fuel-and-power sector for the use of waste. Said invention reduces the energy consumption and noxious gas emissions into environment during waste recycling. Existing methods for waste recycling are characterised by the high energy consumption and the environmentally significant noxious gas emissions. The inventive method consists in the following: solid breakdown products are supplied into an activation furnace together with water steam at a mass ratio of 0.8-1.6 kg per 1 kg of solid breakdown products; a gaseous mixture is removed from the activation furnace at a mass ratio between the water steam and activation gases equal to (3.0-0.6): 1. Said gaseous mixture is used as a vapour-gas medium for a thermal breakdown of the wastes . In addition, the rubber wastes are supplied into the activation furnace simultaneously with the solid breakdown products and the steam at a ratio of (0.05-0.20)kg of rubber wastes per 1 kg of solid breakdown products.</p> |
