PRESSURE DETECTING BRICK IN BODY OF BLAST FURNACE AND PRESSURE DETECTING APPARATUS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A pressure detecting brick in the body of a blast furnace is provided which stably detects a pressure of the body of the blast furnace by constructing a brick having a pressure detector function at a brick piling area of the furnace body, thereby removing a space part between an existing pressure detector and surrounding bricks. CONSTITUTION: The pressure detecting brick in the body of a blast furnace comprises pressure detecting holes(23) in which passages for detecting a pressure inside the furnace are formed; a brick having pressure detecting holes(24) which is constructed between left sided bricks and right sided bricks; a connection brick part(25) which is connected to the outside by penetrating an iron skin part of the blast furnace; and a circular iron core(26) which is connected to a flange. The pressure detecting apparatus is characterized in that a transistor is connected by current signals outputted from a setter when a pressure of the body of a blast furnace is abnormally increased, solenoid valves SV3 and SV2 are opened while SV1 is closed when a relay is connected so that nitrogen is purged and penetrated into a pipe inside the blast furnace, and the solenoid valve SV1 is opened while the solenoid valves SV2 and SV3 are closed when a time set in a timer is terminated so that a normal pressure is detected.
