PURPOSE: A P2P(Peer to Peer) using a Window Explorer is provided to make a user use the P2P with not a new program but the most familiar user interface by using the Window Explorer and to pass through a transaction server in order to complete a security transaction in case of proceeding a P2P transaction while realizing a central server independent system. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of installing an extend menu capable of being included to the Window Explorer, the installed program connecting to a network by using the Window Explorer, a user sharing a file by discriminating a charged file and a free file, another user confirming a part of the shared and charged file for a purchase, certificating both users mutually by connecting to the transaction server and transmitting the charged file to the buying user at the same time after the price payment.
