<p>A layer (6) provided with polymer such as amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is deposited on the surface (4) of a substrate (1) provided with polymer such as PET. The amorphous layer (6) improves the surface characters of the substrate (1) by, for example, prompting the deposit of an additional layer. The layer (6) is deposited by using, e.g., a method by which a PET solution is deposited on the surface (4) of the substrate (1) that moves at a speed enough to diffuse solution and dry solvent.</p>
