ADSORPTION FORCE SWITCH SYSTEM OF MAGNETIC ADSORBER

PURPOSE: An adsorption force switch system of a magnetic adsorber is provided to simplify the structure of the switch system, to easily operate the magnetic adsorber, and to remove a possibility of danger. CONSTITUTION: Rotary magnet(15) fixed to a rotating shaft(13) with a ring gear(12) and fixed magnets are installed in a magnet case(10). A slider(20) having a fixing protrusion part(23) protruded to the lower part of a slide plate(21) and slider arms(24) is inserted in an incision hole formed on a cover plate(11) of the magnet case to be able to move. A rack gear rotating the ring gear is installed to a side of the slider arm. A second ring gear(18) engaged with the ring gear and rack gear is installed in the incision hole and slide cases(30) controlling the motions of the slider is fixed on the cover plate of the magnet case. The slide case has hinge coupling with a stopper(40), and a spring(50) pressurizing the stopper toward the slide is installed between the stopper and side wall. A rotating shaft(34) having a lever(33) is supported by both rotor cases(36), and rotors(35) pushing the stoppers toward side plates are installed to the rotating shaft.
