PURPOSE: To provide a radio wave absorbing panel, into which foreign substance such as water, dust or exhaust gas or the like is less likely to penetrate into, and which is lightweight and thin and has sufficient radio wave absorbing performance. CONSTITUTION: In the panel provided with a tabular radio wave absorbing body and a covering material, having a radio wave transmitting characteristics and covering a part intended to allow radio wave incidence, the material is provided so as to suppress penetration of foreign substances into the absorbing body.
