PURPOSE: An isolation panel is provided to intercept heat and noise, which is easy to install in a construction field and has high work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The isolation panel comprises a lower runner(11) fixed to a floor of a room, vertical runners(13,14) connected to both ends of the lower runner(11) vertically, an upper runner(15) connected to the upper end of the vertical runners and located to a vertical upper part of the lower runner(11), and many panels supported by each runner and connected continuously to form a wall, wherein each panel(63) contains two steel plates(17) symmetrically, plaster boards(19) formed on the opposite plane of the steel plates(17), fireproof insulating materials located between the plaster boards(19), and a bearing instrument connecting ends of the steel plates(17) to fix an interval between the ends of the steel plates and to make the fixed ends support the other ends of the adjacent panel steel plates not to widen the steel plates of each panel.
