PURPOSE: A front case structure for air conditioner is provided to overcome the problems in injection molding of the front case, while smoothly guiding the air discharged through the outlet port toward the indoor area through a guide bar. CONSTITUTION: A front case structure comprises a front grille(110) having an indoor air inlet port(112) formed at an upper surface of the front grille, an upper rear end fixed to a chassis(70), and a front lower end fixed to the upper portion of a discharge grille; a guide bar(120) arranged at the lower end of the chassis, and which guides the air discharged through an outlet port(94) toward the indoor area; a left cover(130) for protecting the left side of a heat exchanger(88), and which is interposed between the left side of the chassis and the left side of the front grille so as to form a left outer appearance of air conditioner; and a right cover(140) for protecting the right side of the heat exchanger, and which is interposed between the right side of the chassis and the right side of the front grille so as to form a right outer appearance of air conditioner.
